We will explore the basics of Yoga – asana, pranayama and philosophy. This workshop will focus on learning the foundations of yoga to set you up to be able to take any and all classes we offer at Jai.
Are you ready to dig deeper into your yoga and mindfulness practice? Take the plunge into the depths of discovery, transformation and self-awareness during this weekend of fun, growth and learning at Jai Rhythm.
Together we will explore the ancient teachings of Shamanism, camp and hike at the sacred mountain of Salkantay, meditate at Machu Picchu and tour the waters of Lake Titicaca. We will practice yoga every day, whether it be a seated or moving meditation. This will be a time to learn more about yourself and other cultures.
